# ID Name Category

OneID defines 4 categories for all ID Names as following:

# ID Name Status

ID Name of OneID will have following Status:

This article will guide you to register your OneID

To get started, access OneID's website:[ https://www.oneid.xyz/](https://www.oneid.xyz/) and then connect with the wallet used for registering your ID.

**Step 1:** **Type the ID you want to register in the Search box.**

If an error message "unavailable ID" pops up, it means the ID you're searching for has already been registered. Try another one.&#x20;

If the ID is available, you can proceed with the registration.

**Step 2: Choose an ID**, choose your plan (1 year or 5 years) then add the ID to your cart.

You can repeat these 2 steps and add multiple IDs to your cart.

Registering your IDs takes three steps:

1. ***Pre-order to avoid front-running.***

# How to link and unlink wallet

## How to link your wallet to an ID

To get started, access OneID's website:[ https://www.oneid.xyz/](https://www.oneid.xyz/) and then connect with the wallet used for registering your ID.

**Step 1:** Click on the profile icon at the top right corner of the main page, then select My ID section.

**Step 2**: In the My ID section, please select the ID to which you would like to link your wallet. We’ll select the domain ***testaccount.c98*** for example in this article.

**Step 3**: Coin98 will pop up a screen to request for granting permissions. Click **Grant** to get all available wallets.

## How to unlink your wallet from your ID

You need to connect with the wallet used for registering your ID first

**Step 1:** Click on the profile icon at the top right corner of the main page, then select My ID section.

**Step 2:** In the Linked IDs section, please select the ID to which you would like to unlink from your wallet. We’ll select the domain testaccount.c98 for example in this article.

# How to set Primary Name

**Requirements**: Wallet must have at least 1 ID linked

**Use case**: Set Primary will assign one of Linked IDs as a representative account and serve as a cross-platform Web3 username and profile. Users can only designate one primary name per account.

# How to get Referral Link

**Requirements**: Wallet must have set a primary name

**Guide**:

• **Step 2**: On the top right corner, click on your Profile -> Click on **Referral**

# How to Reclaim Permission

Reclaim Controller permission

**Use case**: Each ID has 2 permissions: **Owner** and **Controller**. In cases when user buy ID from others, only **Owner** permission is automatically transferred to new wallet. User need to **Reclaim permission** to get **Controller** permission.

# How to perform KYC with OneID

### What is KYC?

Know Your Customer aka KYC means collecting certain information from customers to confirm their identities and to comply with any regulatory requirements. Identity verification requires information that could be whatever-document-to-prove-your-identity, like a valid ID card, passport

This requirement depends on the Launchpad and is due to national and/or international regulations that project this functionality in the case the Launchpad project needs it.

### Preparing for the KYC process

To use the KYC feature, you will need to prepare the following necessary things below:

1. Identification documents, such as National Identity Card or Passport. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. Register to obtain an ID on[ OneID](https://www.oneid.xyz/). You can find the instructions for registering OneID[ here](https://docs.oneid.xyz/beginners-guide/mobile/register-oneid).
3. Prepare 50 C98 VRC25 or C98 BEP20 to pay the KYC fee. Note that if you choose to pay with C98 BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain), you must also prepare a small amount of BNB to cover the gas fee.

**Important Note**

1. Please note that once you pay the KYC fee (50 C98), you will have 3 attempts. If you fail all 3, you must repay the fee to resubmit KYC.
2. If you have not registered any ID on OneID, you will not be able to access the KYC page.
3. Your KYC data will be linked and stored with the corresponding ID. If your ID is transferred to someone else and the recipient claims ownership through Reclaim Permission, your KYC data will be removed. You will need to restart the KYC process from the beginning.
4. KYC is not supported in some regions/countries due to legal and regulatory restrictions. Your document will be rejected if your country is on the list of restricted countries. Here is the list of restricted countries: *Afghanistan, American Samoa, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Balkans , Belarus, Belize, Burma, Burundi, Central African Republic, China, Cuba, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Ethiopia, Fiji, Guam, Guinée, Guinée-Bissau, Haïti, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Magnitsky, Mali, Moldova, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Palau, Palestine, Panama, Russia,* *Samoa, Seychelles, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, The Bahamas, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks And Caicos Islands, Ukraine, United States of America and its territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), Vanuatu, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe*.

**Step 1:** Access <https://kyc.oneid.xyz/> and choose **KYC ID,** then click **Connect Wallet** at the top corner or the KYC IDs section to connect the wallet holding the ID you wish to KYC;

**Step 2:** Select the ID you want to KYC;

**Step 3:** Read carefully the warning and tick to confirm that you have already understood the mentioned warning. Click **Submit Order** then click **Confirm** to pay the KYC fee;

**Step 4:** After the payment is successful, click **Continue KYC**

**Step 5:** Verify your identity on zkMe by clicking **Continue**. Carefully read the warning and check the box if you agree to the Agreement, then click **Start Verification**.

**Step 6:** Log in to your email on zkMe to continue the process.

**Step 7:** Scan the QR code with your device's built -in camera and follow the verification instructions on your mobile device

# How to extend OneID

As OneID is subscription-based. If you wish to continue ownership of your IDs, you need to extend it before the expiration date.

You should not wait until last minute to do the extension, we suggest you do it a few months or weeks in advance.

Your extension period will start right after its precedent ends.

## How to extend your OneID ownership

**Step 1:** Access [MyIDs](https://www.oneid.xyz/my-id) section and connect your wallet address

**Step 2:** Choose IDs that you want to extend, then click on **Extend** button

**Step 3:** Update information and checkout. You can do the followings:

* **1. Adjust extension period**: OneID allows you extend for minimum 1 year, and maximum 10 years. Simply click on the **+** or **-** below each ID to adjust
* **2. Add more IDs**: Add more ID to extension by simply click on **Add IDs** button on top right of screen
* **3. Change payment token**: You can choose supported payment tokens

Once done, click **Submit Order** button to proceed.

**Step 4:** Confirmation

A wallet extension pop-up windows will show up, click **Confirm**, and then proceed to payment

## FAQs

#### 1. What if I don't extend the IDs and it comes expiration date?

The ID will go through 3 periods: **Grace period, Premium period, and Unregistered.**

<mark style="background-color:red;">**Grace period - last 30 days**</mark><mark style="background-color:red;">:</mark> After expiration date, your expired ID will enter **Grace period**, which lasts for 30 days. In this period, you can extend ownership of your ID and send the ID normally. But you can't use OneID-related services (Send, Receive, Login) as your wallet will be unlinked with the ID.

At the end of Grace period, if you don't extend your ownership, you will no longer own that domain. It means you won't see the ID in your OneID section, and your KYC data will be erased.

<mark style="background-color:red;">**Premium period - last 7 days**</mark><mark style="background-color:red;">:</mark> After Grace period ends, the ID will enter **Premium period**, which lasts 7 days. In which its premium fee (which will be incorporated into final price) will gradually decrease from $1 million to market price at 7th day. Any user, at any time in this period, can buy the ID. (Much like Dutch auction)

The NFT of the ID, however, still presents in your wallet until someone else registers the ID. At which your NFT will be burned.

<mark style="background-color:red;">**Unregistered status:**</mark> After Premium period ends, the ID will be marked as **"Unregistered"**, and be offered at market price as brand new ID.

**KYC-related**: Your KYC data will be erased at the end of Grace period. If you lose KYC-ed OneID, then the KYC data attached to that OneID will be erased as well. We can not migrate KYC data to another OneID or restore it for you afterwards.

#### 2. If I lost the ID, can OneID get it back for me?

After Grace period, the ID will be available on market. In case the ID has not been bought by others yet and you wish to buy it back, simply go ahead and buy it normally.

In case the ID has already been bought. We are sorry about your case. No, OneID can not buy the ID on your behalf. Neither can we get back the ID from its rightful owner to you. If you wish to get back your previously-owned ID, consider sending its current owner a friendly "Hello" via [Coin98 Messenger](https://docs.coin98.com/products/coin98-super-wallet/mobile/coin98-messenger) and talk it out.

#### 3. When does extension period start?

# How to use Sub-ID

The Sub-ID allows users to link multiple wallets to a single OneID, making it more flexible and efficient for managing your digital identity. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for creating, managing, and using Sub-IDs effectively.

## **What is a Sub-ID?** <a href="#xakt0f3n2r4u" id="xakt0f3n2r4u"></a>

A Sub-ID is a secondary ID associated with a parent OneID.&#x20;

For example, if the OneID is **oneidtest.c98**, the owner of this ID can create Sub-IDs such as:

* test1.oneidtest.c98
* test2.oneidtest.c98
* test3.oneidtest.c98

* A Sub-ID is **not an NFT**; it is just a node within the contract.
* Sub-IDs **cannot be transferred** to other users.

* If the parent OneID is transferred the new owner reclaims ownership, the Sub-ID will not be removed.
* If the parent OneID expires and is registered by a new owner, all associated Sub-IDs will be removed.
* **KYC** and **Primary Name** settings are not applicable to Sub-IDs.

## **How to Add Sub-ID**

Follow these steps to add a Sub-ID to your OneID:

**Step 1:** On the **My ID** page, click the **Add Sub-ID** button.

**Step 2:** Enter the Sub-IDs you want to create. You can add multiple Sub-IDs at once.&#x20;

This guide will help you set your Primary Name in One ID, which serves as your account representative and cross-platform Web3 username and profile. You can only designate one primary name per account, but you can change it whenever you want.

### **Use Case**

Each ID has 2 permissions: **Owner** and **Controller**. In cases when users buy ID from others, only **Owner** permission is automatically transferred to the new wallet. The recipients need to reclaim permission to get **Controller** permission.

# How to perform KYC with OneID on Coin98 Super Wallet

### What is KYC? <a href="#what-is-kyc" id="what-is-kyc"></a>

Know Your Customer aka KYC means collecting certain information from customers to confirm their identities and to comply with any regulatory requirements. Identity verification requires information that could be whatever-document-to-prove-your-identity, like a valid ID card, passport, etc.

This requirement depends on the Launchpad and is due to national and/or international regulations that project this functionality in the case the Launchpad project needs it.

### Preparing for the KYC process <a href="#preparing-for-the-kyc-process" id="preparing-for-the-kyc-process"></a>

To use the KYC feature, you will need to prepare the following necessary things below:

1. Identification documents, such as National Identity Card or Passport. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. Register to obtain an ID on[ OneID](https://www.oneid.xyz/). You can find the instructions for registering OneID[ here](https://docs.oneid.xyz/beginners-guide/mobile/register-oneid).
3. Prepare 50 C98 VRC25 or C98 BEP20 to pay the KYC fee. Note that if you choose to pay with C98 BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain), you must also prepare a small amount of BNB to cover the gas fee.

1. Please note that once you pay the KYC fee (50 C98), you will have 3 attempts. If you fail all 3, you must repay the fee to resubmit KYC.
2. If you have not registered any ID on OneID, you will not be able to access the KYC page.
3. Your KYC data will be linked and stored with the corresponding ID. If your ID is transferred to someone else and the recipient claims ownership through Reclaim Permission, your KYC data will be removed. You will need to restart the KYC process from the beginning.
4. KYC is not supported in some regions/countries due to legal and regulatory restrictions. Your document will be rejected if your country is on the list of restricted countries. 4. **Incompl:** The KYC verification for this ID has failed.
5. **KYC Success:** The ID has been successfully KYC-ed

**Step 3:** Choose the token to pay for the KYC fee → click **Continue**

# How to buy .babydoge DID

This article will guide you to register your .babydoge DID, link it with your wallet, and set it as primary name

To get started, access OneID's website:[ https://www.oneid.xyz/](https://www.oneid.xyz/) and then connect with the wallet used for registering your ID first.

Make sure the network is **Binance Smart Chain**. You can change network by clicking on the network logo on top-right corner.

**Step 1:** **Type the ID you want to register in the Search box.**

If an error message "unavailable ID" pops up, it means the ID you're searching for has already been registered. Try another one.

If the ID is available, you can proceed with the registration.

**Step 2: Choose an ID**, choose your plan (1 year or 5 years) then add the ID to your cart.

**Step 3:** **Checkout**

## How to link wallet with ID

**Requirements**: You must own at least 1 ID

**Step 1:** In **My ID** section, switch to Viction network. You can click on the **Switch to Viction** button below your .babydoge ID

## How to set Primary Name

**Requirements**: Wallet must have at least 1 ID linked

**Use case**: Set Primary will assign one of Linked IDs as a representative account and serve as a cross-platform Web3 username and profile. Users can only designate one primary name per account.

◦ **Step 1**: Connect wallet to One ID

◦ **Step 2**: On top right corner, click on Set Primary Name (Below your connected wallet address)

OneID SDK supports our partners to integrate OneID Service easily, which will solve all the complicated cross-chain issues, and help the blockchain products easier to use. Currently, OneID Service supports 100+ chains with only 1 step setup and the OneID NFT is using **VRC-725 (VICTION)**

`getWalletsByID` will return the Linked Wallet of an ID Name.

Linked Wallet is the wallet address that user actually interacts with when Dapps/Wallets integrated our ONEID SDK

* For example, when you transfer assets to ID Name test.c98 on C98 Wallet, the assets are transferred to the Linked Wallet address.

* `chainId` is optional
  * If null, OneID will return 100+ chains & its address.
  * If developers have included chainId, then OneID will return address of that chain.
* `chainId` has been defined in SDK to be managed easier. In case, the chain does not have public chainID, CHAIN\_TYPE will support to get the chain's address

#### Get Primary Name

`getPrimaryName` will return the **Primary Name** of the wallet address.

**Primary Name** is using as main interacting with DAPPs when the wallet address has multiple ID names. For example, in the OneID website, user shall be able to see their **Primary Name** on the top right corner.

**Note**: OneID **Primary Name** offers multi-chains, hence Developer can use address of any chain to get **Primary Name** even if it's *Solana*, *Cosmos* or *EVM*

  * COMMON
    * This is Regular IDs that allows user to register normally.
  * PROTECTED
    * IDs contain sensitive, inappropriate language and violate the OneID’s policies. You can not register these Governance IDs.
  * BANNED
    * IDs contain sensitive, inappropriate language and violate the OneID’s policies. You can not register these Governance IDs
  * PREMIUM
    * Premium IDs are special and popular IDs. Register fee for these IDs may be higher than normal.
* `tokenID`: the On-chain NFT Token ID of the ID Name
* `contractAddress`: the On-chain contract address of corresponding TLID
* `expireAt:` Expiration time in TimeStamp when the ID is registered
* `isAvailable`: True/False
  * If True: The ID Name not yet registered
  * If False: The ID name is already registered
* `price`: the Price number is in $ with decimal 18
* `paymentToken`: the token address pay with price.

#### 4. Register OneID

In order to request OneID Registration, developers need to request 2 steps:

1. **`preOrders()`**
   * Commit the ID & submit Pre-oder fee to avoid front-running
     * Pre-order fee = 10% Service Fee as configuration
2. **`postOrders()`**
   * To submit order and request to register the ID.

After requested **`preOrders()`** , the `commitment` shall be generated & stored in contracts. In order to avoid front-running, the **`postOrders()`** must be in period time between 30 seconds and 1 hour (minCommitmentAge & maxCommitmentAge) since the previous committed time.

Request the function `preOrdersCheck()` to get expiration time of commitment.

After requested **`preOrders()`**, and wait for 30 seconds (minCommitmentAge) to avoid front-running, the user requests **`postOrders()`** to register the ID

`extend()` a name, extending the name's expiration by `duration` seconds.&#x20;

`linkedWallet()` uses to write record of 70+ Multi-chain Wallet to the ID.&#x20;

#### 7. UnLink Multi-chain Wallet

`unlinkWallet()` uses to remove the Multi-chain Wallet records of the ID from that Wallet. Moreover, users can use the Linked Wallet to unlink even if it's not an owner.

#### 8. Re-claim Permission

Users need to re-claim permission when the Controller address different from Owner address in the contract of an ID Name. This is always happened when the ID NFT is sent to another address (or trading in NFT Marketplace).

#### 9. Set Primary Name&#x20;

`setPrimaryName()` will assign one of **Linked IDs** as a representative account and serve as a cross-platform Web3 username and profile. Users can only designate one primary name per account.

**Linked IDs** means the ID that currently has records "Linked Wallet" of the current wallet of users, it also means the ID can't be set Primary Name when have no record "Linked Wallet"

# VICTION Chain Integration

VICTION is an EVM-compatible public blockchain. So you can use [TomoChain JSON-RPC APIs](https://apidocs.tomochain.com/#tomochain-apis-json-rpc) similar as in Ethereum.EVM compatible libraries such as [Web3 library](https://web3js.readthedocs.io/) can be fully reused in integration to create a wallet, check wallet balances, or create/send transactions. All you need is to connect to TomoChain's RPC public endpoint. In normal case, you can wait for 60 confirmations, then checking block finality via `eth_getBlockFinalityByNumber` or `eth_getBlockFinalityByHash` API:

1. **Universal&#x20;*****Identity Service***

OneID is building a universal identity service network with a one-stop identity platform to discover, register, and manage web3 identity. OneID is introducing the concept of multi-chain experience with a single identity, which we refer to as Multi-Chain ID (“**IDs**”). IDs empower users to effortlessly send, receive, and enjoy decentralized applications (“**DApps**”) across multiple chains, without worrying about the underlying network. Currently, IDs are supported by over 100 chains, with ongoing plans to expand and cater to both registered and non-registered users.

1. **Partner&#x20;*****DID***

OneID offers a diverse range of unique decentralized top-level ID (“**DID**”) for our partners. We also collaborate with interested partners to design specific DID and continually add to our collection of unique DID, providing more choices for our users. These DIDs are available for registration on our Site, allowing users to conveniently acquire multiple IDs per checkout. The IDs registered are subject to limitations on time use and renewal. The IDs are only valid for the registered time period. After that, users have a grace period of 30 days to renew them. If not renewed within the grace period, the IDs will be available for registration by other users during a premium period. During this premium period, the price will decrease over a 7-day period starting from $1,000,000 and reaching $0. The purpose of this fee structure is to prevent bots from automatically buying expired IDs. After this period, the IDs will change to the status of "Unregistered," but the corresponding NFT will still be held by the previous customer until another customer registers it, burns that NFT, and mints another one with the same IDs.

OneID SDK is one of the main features of OneID to support all Web3 DApps. It is ultimately designed to be a unified and streamlined approach that greatly simplifies the integration of Web3 services, eliminating the need for developers to work with multiple protocols, saving time and reducing the risk of compatibility issues.

Moreover, our OneIDSDK aims to empower communities and partners to grow and better engage with users by leveraging custom DID. We’ve added an all-in-one API on top of the SDK, which helps provide a much more comprehensive platform for integrating Web3 services into any application.

* 1. **Payment**

1. ***Service fees***

We will charge fees for the Services we make available to you. We reserve the right to change those fees at our discretion. Fees applicable to the Services or any component of the Services, if any, shall be set forth at the Site.

1. ***Transaction fees***

There may be transaction fees (e.g. mining fees) associated with your transactions that are required by the blockchain network with which the Services are compatible. You must ensure that you have an adequate balance in your digital wallet and/or “gas” to complete transactions before initiating a transaction. You acknowledge and agree that we will not be liable for any failed transactions or losses you incur due to incorrectly set transaction fees (i.e. too low or too high) or due to insufficient funds or gas associated with your digital wallet address. You further acknowledge and agree that we do not have access to your or anyone else’s transactions.

1. ***Taxes***

It is your responsibility to determine what, if any, taxes apply to the transactions that you have submitted transaction details for via the Services, and it is your responsibility to report and remit the correct tax to the appropriate tax authority. You agree that we are not responsible for determining whether taxes apply to your transactions or for collecting, reporting, withholding, or remitting any taxes arising from any digital asset-related transactions.

* 1. **Registration and your acknowledgement**

You may participate in the Services and register the IDs by linking your digital wallet(s), which allows you to register, store, and engage in transactions using your cryptocurrency. Before you register an ID, we may ask you to download a supported electronic wallet extension and connect your digital wallets with that extension. Once you submit an order to register an ID, your order is passed on to the applicable extension, which completes the transaction on your behalf.

We reserve the right to refuse the registration of any ID listed on the Site at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities registered per order.&#x20;

Unless otherwise stated in this Terms of Use, all fees for ID registration, and related ID services are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, the user acknowledges and accepts that no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted, except as expressly required by applicable law. By using Services and/or engaging in transactions on the Site, the user expressly acknowledges and accepts the non-refundable nature of your registration.

You accept and acknowledge:

1. There are risks associated with using an internet based currency, including but not limited to, the risk of hardware, software and internet connections, the risk of malicious software introduction, and the risk that third parties may obtain unauthorized access to information stored within your digital wallet. You accept and acknowledge that OneID will not be responsible for any communication failures, disruptions, errors, distortions, or delays you may experience when using the Services, however caused.
2. The regulatory regime governing blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, and tokens is uncertain, and new regulations or policies may materially adversely affect the development of the Services.
3. The Services may rely on third-party platforms to perform transactions with respect to any cryptocurrency assets. If we are unable to maintain a good relationship with such platform providers; if the terms and conditions or pricing of such platform providers change; if we violate or cannot comply with the terms and conditions of such platforms; or if any of such platforms loses market share or falls out of favor or is unavailable for a prolonged period of time, access to and use of the Services will suffer.
4. By accessing and using the Services, you represent that you understand the inherent risks associated with using cryptographic and blockchain-based systems, and that you have a working knowledge of digital assets. Such systems may have vulnerabilities or other failures, or other abnormal behavior. OneID is not responsible for any issues with the blockchains, including forks, technical node issues, or any other issues having fund losses as a result. You acknowledge that the cost and speed of transacting with cryptographic and blockchain-based systems are variable and may increase at any time. You further acknowledge the risk that your digital assets may lose some or all of their value while they are supplied to or from the Services. You further acknowledge that we are not responsible for any of these variables or risks and cannot be held liable for any resulting losses that you experience while accessing Services. Accordingly, you understand and agree to assume full responsibility for all of the risks of accessing, and using, and interacting with the Services.
5. **INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS**

**Intellectual property of OneID**

“**IP**” means all technology and intellectual property, regardless of form, including: (i) copyrights, published and unpublished works of authorship, including audiovisual works, collective works, computer programs (including source code and object code), compilations, databases, derivative works, user interfaces, graphics, literary works, maskworks, and sound recordings; (ii) inventions and discoveries, including articles of manufacture, business methods, compositions of matter, improvements, machines, methods, and processes and new uses for any of the preceding items; (iii) ID names, texts, images, service marks, symbols, devices, designs, trade dress and other designations, and combinations of the preceding items, used to identify or distinguish a business, good, group, product, or service or to indicate a form of certification, including logos, product designs, and product features; (iv) information that is not generally known or readily ascertainable through proper means, whether tangible or intangible, including algorithms, ideas, designs, formulas, know-how, methods, processes, programs, prototypes, systems, and techniques. “IP Rights” means all rights in, arising out of, or associated with IP in any jurisdiction.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “**Content**”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “**Marks**”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.&#x20;

All other third-party trademarks, registered trademarks, and product names mentioned on the Services or displayed on the Services are the property of their respective owners and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the permission of the applicable IP Rights holder. Reference to any products, services, processes, or other information by name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by OneID.

**License**

As long as you agree to and comply with the present Terms of Use, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to use the Site for your personal use or internal business use only. Except as otherwise expressly permitted in these Terms of Use, you will not: (a) reproduce, modify, adapt or create derivative works of any part of the Site; (b) rent, lease, distribute, sell, sublicense, transfer, or provide access to the Site; (c) use the Site for the benefit of any third party; (d) incorporate the Site into a product or service you provide to a third party without our prior written consent; (d) circumvent mechanisms in the Site intended to limit your use; (f) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, translate, or otherwise seek to obtain or derive the source code, including images and texts, underlying ideas, algorithms, file formats or non-public APIs to the Site, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law (and then only upon advance notice to us); (g) remove or obscure any proprietary or other notices contained in the Site; and/or (h) use the Site for competitive analysis, as part of any other software or project of any kind or to build competitive products.

**Submissions**

You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information regarding the Site and/or Services ("**Submissions**") provided by you to us are non confidential and shall become our sole property. We shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Submissions for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you. You hereby waive all moral rights to any such Submissions, and you hereby warrant that any such Submissions are original with you or that you have the right to submit such Submissions. You agree there shall be no recourse against us for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your Submissions.

1. **USER REPRESENTATIONS**

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

1. you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use;
2. you meet all the eligibility requirements mentioned above at Section 1 (Eligibility);
3. you will not access the Site through automated or nonhuman means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise;
4. you will not provide any false, inaccurate, or misleading information while using the Services, or engage in any activity that operates to defraud OneID, other users of the Services, or any other person or entity;
5. you will not use the Services to transmit or exchange digital assets that are the direct or indirect proceeds of any criminal or fraudulent activity, including, without limitation, terrorism or tax evasion;
6. you will not use the Site and/or the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
7. your use of the Site and/or the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation; and
8. you agree to comply with all applicable U.S. and non-U.S. export control and trade sanctions laws ("**Export Laws**"). Without limiting the foregoing, you may not use the Services if (i) you are in, under the control of, or a national or resident of Australia, Cuba, Egypt, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, People’s Republic of Korea, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vietnam or any other country subject to United States embargo, UN Security Council Resolutions, HM Treasury's financial sanctions regime, or if you are on the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals List or the U.S. Commerce Department's Denied Persons List, Unverified List, Entity List HM Treasury's financial sanctions regime; or (ii) you intend to supply any Services to Australia, Cuba, Egypt, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, People’s Republic of Korea, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vietnam or any other country subject to United States embargo or HM Treasury's financial sanctions regime (or a national or resident of one of these countries), or to a person on the Specially Designated Nationals List, Denied Persons List, Unverified List, Entity List, or HM Treasury's financial sanctions regime.
9. **PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES**

You may not access, use the Site and/or the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site and/or the Services available.

As a user of the Site and/or the Services, you agree not to:

1. Impersonate someone or use or attempt to use another user’s ID without authorization or use our Services in any manner that could interfere, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying it;
2. Take any action that may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our or any of our third party providers’ infrastructure;
3. Access or use the Services to copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services or any related software or code, or reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, adapt, or do anything that might discover source code or bypass or circumvent measures employed to prevent or limit access to the Services, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to any software component of the Services, including those of third parties;
4. Collect or store any personally identifiable information from the Services from other users of the Services without their express permission;
5. Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site and/or the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
6. Make any unauthorized use of the Site and/or the Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
7. Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security related features of the Site and/or the Services.
8. Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site and/or the Services.
9. Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users.
10. Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
11. Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
12. Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or the networks or services connected to the Site.
13. Attempt to impersonate another user or person.
14. Use any information obtained from the Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
15. Use the Site and/or the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Site and/or the Content for any revenue generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.
16. Attempt to bypass any measures of the Site designed to prevent or restrict access to the Site, or any portion of the Site.
17. Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Site to you.
18. Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.
19. Copy or adapt the Site’s software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
20. Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, blockchain mining programs, or other material, including spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Site or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Site.
21. Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats (“gifs”), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as “spyware” or “passive collection mechanisms” or “pcms”).
22. Except as may be the result of a standard search engine or internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Site, or using or launching any unauthorized script or other software.
23. Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Site.
24. Use the Site and/or the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
25. use this Site and/or the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any Service provided or function of via the Site (or the network(s) connected to the Site) or interfere with any other party’s use or enjoyment of any such Service or the Site;
26. infringe or misappropriate our IP Rights or the IP Rights of any person;
27. use our Site and/or Services for or in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity, or in any way in connection with the violation of any law or regulation that applies to you or to us;
28. use our Site, and/or Services directly or indirectly, for, on behalf of, or for the benefit of any natural or legal person that is (i) the subject of Sanctions, or (ii) citizen of, located in, resident in, or organized under the laws of, any jurisdiction that has been designated as non-cooperative with international anti-money laundering principles or procedures by an intergovernmental group or organization, such as the Financial Action Task Force, or subject of Sanctions;
29. use our Site and/or Services in any manner or for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use or any other notices and conditions that OneID may issue from time-to-time.
30. Knowingly claim or purchase, or attempt to purchase, IDs that are identical to the mark of a third-party brand or trademark rights owner.

The above actions are violations of these Terms of Use and may result in the termination of your user account and/or the Service being provided to you.

1. **ID COLLISION**

Any protections provided by OneID, either related to privacy or other protections, cannot be guaranteed in the event you purchase an identical ID from another naming service provider. Purchasing conflicting IDs may cause technical problems outside of the control of OneID.

1. **THIRD PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT**

The Site may contain (or you may be sent via the Site) links to other websites ("**Third Party Websites**") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ("**Third Party Content**"). Such Third Party Websites and Third Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third Party Websites accessed through the Site or any Third Party Content posted on, available through, or installed from the Site, including the content, accuracy, offensiveness, opinions, reliability, privacy practices, or other policies of or contained in the Third Party Websites or the Third Party Content. Inclusion of, linking to, or permitting the use or installation of any Third Party Websites or any Third Party Content does not imply approval or endorsement thereof by us. If you decide to leave the Site and access the Third Party Websites or to use or install any Third Party Content, you do so at your own risk, and you should be aware these Terms of Use no longer govern. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS OF USE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS OF USE OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SITE AND SERVICES OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AND ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.

1. **MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS**

1. **GOVERNING LAW**

These Terms of Use and your use of the Site and the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

1. **DISPUTE RESOLUTION**

**Informal Negotiations**

To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms of Use (each a "**Dispute**" and collectively, the “**Disputes**”) brought by either you or us (individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.

**Binding Arbitration**

If the Parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute (except those Disputes expressly excluded below) will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WITHOUT THIS PROVISION, YOU WOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A JURY TRIAL. The arbitration shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore, administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“**SIAC**”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of SIAC (“**SIAC Rules**”) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The arbitration hearing shall be conducted virtually. The language of the arbitration shall be English.&#x20;

In no event shall any Dispute brought by the user be commenced more than one (1) year after the cause of action arose. If this provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then neither Party will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling within that portion of this provision found to be illegal or unenforceable and such Dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the courts listed for jurisdiction above, and the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.

**Restrictions**

The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.

**Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration**

The Parties agree that the following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions concerning informal negotiations and binding arbitration: (a) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any of the intellectual property rights of a Party; (b) any Dispute related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief. If this provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then neither Party will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling within that portion of this provision found to be illegal or unenforceable and such Dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the courts listed for jurisdiction above, and the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.

1. **CORRECTIONS**

There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to Services, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.

1. **INDEMNITY**

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify, defend and hold harmless OneID, and our officers, directors, agents, partners and employees (individually and collectively, the “OneID Parties”) from and against all actual or alleged claims, damages, awards, judgments, losses, liabilities, obligations, taxes, penalties, interest, fees, expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and expenses), and costs (including, without limitation, court costs, costs of settlement, and costs of pursuing indemnification and insurance), of every kind and nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, matured or unmatured, or suspected or unsuspected, in law or equity, whether in tort, contract, or otherwise (collectively, “**Claims**”) arising out of or related to (a) your use of misuse of the Services, (b) your violation, misappropriation or infringement of any rights of another (including IP Rights or privacy rights), (c) your violation or breach of any term of these Terms or applicable law, (d) your violation of the rights of or obligations to a third party, including another user or third-party, and (e) your negligence or wilful misconduct. You agree to promptly notify OneID Parties of any third-party Claims, cooperate with OneID Parties in defending such Claims, and pay all fees, costs, and expenses associated with defending such Claims (including attorneys’ fees). You also agree that the OneID Parties will have control of the defense or settlement, at OneID’s sole option, of any third-party Claims. THIS INDEMNITY IS IN ADDITION TO, AND NOT IN LIEU OF, ANY OTHER INDEMNITIES SET FORTH IN A WRITTEN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND ONEID.

If OneID is obligated to respond to a subpoena or other compulsory legal or court order or process relating to subject matter that is within the scope of your indemnity under this Section, you agree to reimburse OneID its legal fees, as well as its employee’s and contractors’ time and materials spent responding to the subpoena or other compulsory legal or court order or process at reasonable hourly rates.

1. **DISCLAIMER**

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SITE’S CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THIS SITE AND WE WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (1) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT AND MATERIALS, (2) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES, (3) USER ERROR SUCH AS INCORRECTLY CONSTRUCTED TRANSACTIONS, OR MISTYPED WALLET ADDRESSES, (4) BLOCKCHAIN NETWORKS, CRYPTOCURRENCY WALLETS, (5) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SITE, (6) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SITE BY ANY THIRD PARTY, (7) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT AND MATERIALS OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SITE, AND/OR (8) ANY THIRD PARTY ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE USE OF VIRUSES, PHISHING, BRUTEFORCING OR OTHER MEANS OF ATTACK. THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY IN THIS SECTION PROTECT ONEID’S AFFILIATES, THE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, ADVISERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES OF ONEID AND ITS AFFILIATES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PREDECESSORS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS, TO THE SAME EXTENT THAT ONEID IS PROTECTED.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR SOME TYPES OF DAMAGES. TO THAT END, THE EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTIES AND THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY ARE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

# Hướng dẫn thực hiện KYC với OneID

### KYC là gì?

Know Your Customer (KYC) nghĩa là thu thập một số thông tin từ khách hàng để xác nhận danh tính của họ và tuân thủ các yêu cầu quy định. Xác minh danh tính yêu cầu thông tin có thể là bất kỳ tài liệu nào để chứng minh danh tính của bạn, chẳng hạn như thẻ căn cước hợp lệ, hộ chiếu.

Yêu cầu này phụ thuộc vào Launchpad và do các quy định quốc gia và/hoặc quốc tế áp dụng chức năng này trong trường hợp dự án Launchpad cần tới.

### Chuẩn bị cho quá trình KYC

Để sử dụng tính năng KYC, bạn sẽ cần chuẩn bị những điều cần thiết sau đây:

1. Giấy tờ tuỳ thân, chẳng hạn như Thẻ căn cước trong nước hoặc Hộ chiếu. Bạn phải đủ 18 tuổi trở lên.
2. Đăng ký [OneID](https://www.oneid.xyz). Bạn có thể tìm hướng dẫn đăng ký OneID [tại đây](https://docs.oneid.xyz/beginners-guide/website/how-to-register-oneid).
3. Chuẩn bị 20 C98 VRC25 hoặc C98 BEP20 để thanh toán phí KYC. Lưu ý rằng nếu bạn chọn thanh toán bằng C98 BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain), bạn cũng phải chuẩn bị một lượng nhỏ BNB để thanh toán phí gas.

**Lưu ý quan trọng**

1. Xin lưu ý rằng sau khi thanh toán phí KYC (20 C98), bạn sẽ có 3 lần thử. Nếu bạn thất bại cả 3 lần, bạn phải thanh toán lại phí để thực hiện lại KYC.
2. Nếu bạn chưa đăng ký bất kỳ ID nào trên OneID, bạn sẽ không thể truy cập trang KYC.&#x20;
3. Dữ liệu KYC của bạn sẽ được liên kết và lưu trữ với ID tương ứng. Nếu ID của bạn được chuyển cho người khác và người nhận yêu cầu quyền sở hữu thông qua tính năng Lấy Lại Quyền (Reclaim Permission), dữ liệu KYC của bạn sẽ bị xóa. Bạn sẽ cần phải thực hiện lại quy trình KYC từ đầu.
4. KYC không được hỗ trợ ở một số khu vực/quốc gia do một số hạn chế pháp lý và quy định. Giấy tờ của bạn sẽ bị từ chối nếu quốc gia của bạn nằm trong danh sách các quốc gia bị hạn chế. ### Quy trình KYC

**Bước 1:** Truy cập <https://kyc.oneid.xyz/> và nhấp vào Kết nối ví (Connect Wallet) ở góc trên hoặc trong phần KYC IDs  để kết nối ví được sử dụng để thanh toán phí KYC;

4. Đang chờ phê duyệt (Waiting For Approval): Thông tin ID để KYC đã được gửi đến Synaps và đang chờ xác minh.
5. KYC thất bại (KYC Failed): Xác minh KYC cho ID này đã thất bại.
6. KYC đã được xác minh (KYC Verified): ID đã được KYC thành công.

**Bước 3:** Đọc kỹ cảnh báo và đánh dấu xác nhận rằng bạn đã hiểu cảnh báo đã được đề cập. Nhấp vào **Phê duyệt C98 (Approve C98)** để bắt đầu quá trình thanh toán.

## Cách đăng ký OneID mới trên Coin98 Super Wallet

Vì OneID hoạt động theo hình thức đăng ký (subscription), nếu bạn muốn tiếp tục sở hữu ID của mình, bạn cần gia hạn trước khi hết hạn.

Bạn không nên đợi đến sát ngày hết hạn mới gia hạn, mà nên thực hiện trước vài tuần hoặc vài tháng để tránh rủi ro. Thời gian gia hạn sẽ được tính nối tiếp ngay sau khi thời hạn hiện tại kết thúc.

### Cách gia hạn OneID

**Bước 1:** Mở Coin98 Super Wallet => nhấn vào biểu tượng ở góc trên bên trái để mở sidemenu

ID sẽ trải qua 3 giai đoạn:

1. Grace period (30 ngày):

Sau khi hết hạn, ID sẽ vào giai đoạn này trong 30 ngày. Bạn vẫn có thể gia hạn lại ID hoặc gửi ID đi, nhưng không thể dùng các dịch vụ OneID (gửi, nhận tài sản qua OneID) vì ví đã bị hủy liên kết với ID.

Nếu hết 30 ngày mà không gia hạn, bạn sẽ mất quyền sở hữu ID, và ID biến mất khỏi mục OneID. Đồng thời, các dữ liệu KYC sẽ bị xóa

2. Premium period (7 ngày):

Sau Grace period, ID sẽ vào giai đoạn Premium trong 7 ngày. Giá sẽ giảm dần từ $1,000,000 => giá thị trường. Bất kỳ ai cũng có thể mua ID trong thời gian này (giống đấu giá kiểu Dutch auction).&#x20;

NFT của ID vẫn nằm trong ví bạn cho đến khi có người khác mua => sau đó sẽ bị burn.

3. Unregistered:

Sau Premium period, ID trở về trạng thái chưa đăng ký và được bán lại như ID mới với giá thị trường.

* Dữ liệu KYC sẽ bị xóa sau Grace period
* Nếu bạn mất OneID đã KYC => dữ liệu đó cũng mất theo

Để có thể sử dụng tính năng KYC, bạn cần phải chuẩn bị trước một số việc như sau:

1. Giấy tờ định danh: Thẻ căn cước công dân hoặc hộ chiếu. Lưu ý rằng bạn cần phải đủ 18 tuổi trở lên thì mới có thể KYC.
2. Đăng ký để sở hữu cho mình một ID trên[ OneID](https://www.oneid.xyz/). Tham khảo hướng dẫn đăng ký OneID tại[ đây](https://coin98.net/huong-dan-mua-oneid).
3. Chuẩn bị sẵn 50 C98 mạng Viction hoặc BNB Smart Chain để trả phí KYC. Lưu ý nếu bạn chọn trả phí bằng C98 BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain), bạn cần phải chuẩn bị thêm 1 ít BNB để trả phí gas.

**Lưu ý quan trọng**

1. Sau mỗi lần thanh toán phí KYC (50 C98), bạn chỉ có 3 lần để thử. Nếu cả 3 lần đều thất bại, bạn bắt buộc phải trả phí lại để có thể tiếp tục tiến hành KYC.
2. Nếu bạn chưa có ID nào được đăng ký trên OneID; bạn sẽ không được vào trang KYC.
3. Dữ liệu KYC của bạn sẽ được liên kết và lưu trữ với ID tương ứng. Nếu ID đó bị chuyển đi và người nhận đã thực hiện claim quyền sỡ hữu (Reclaim Permission), sẽ đồng nghĩa với việc thông tin KYC của bạn sẽ không còn. Bạn cần phải thực hiện việc KYC lại từ đầu nếu có nhu cầu.
4. KYC hiện không được hỗ trợ ở một số vùng/quốc gia do các hạn chế về quy định pháp lý ở quốc gia đó. Do đó, yêu cầu KYC của bạn có thể bị từ chối nếu quốc gia của bạn nằm trong danh sách các quốc gia bị hạn chế. **Bước 1:** Truy cập mục OneID KYC

**Bước 2:** Chọn ví đang chứa ID và chọn ID bạn muốn tiền hành KYC. Nhấn **Tiếp Tục (Continue)** để bắt đầu KYC;

Bạn có thể kiểm tra trạng thái KYC của các OneID của bạn ngay trên giao diện KYC:

1. **Chưa KYC (Unverified**): Bạn chưa thực hiện hành đông nào liên quan tới KYC trên ID này;
2. **Sẵn sàng KYC (Ready for KYC)**: Bạn đã thanh toán phí KYC, và đã có thể tiền hành KYC trên Synaps;
3. **Đang chờ phê duyệt (Waiting for approval)**: Thông tin để xác minh danh tính của bạn để được gửi đến Synaps và đang chờ xác minh;
4. **KYC thất bại (Incomplete)**: Quá trinhf xác minh KYC cho ID này không thành công;
5. **KYC thành công (KYC Success)**: ID này đã được KYC thành công

**Bước 3:** Chọn token để trả phí KYC → Nhấp chọn **Tiếp tục (Continue)**
